2025 END OF YEAR WRAP UP

This week’s Mum and Bub/ Parents meet up highlights:

We had our end of year session with our mum and bub and parents community. We rescheduled the feedback/ reflection session to next year to cover more participants. But we definitely proceed with other fun engaging activities.

Highlights of our session:

- Commenced with Nepali rhyme time for kids.

- A calming mindful meditation with Krishna flute for well being check-in

- Christmas tree activity by Aamas and mums group. We came up with our own colourful Christmas tree. Aamas and mums were provided different colour tapes which prepared this beautiful Christmas tree artwork together.

- Christmas gift sharing moments to bubs; play dough and bubbles are always a hit

- Picnic time - Shared snacks, tea and biscuit contribution by one of our mum and aama

- Group photo time

Session Info:

The purpose of our meet up is to CONNECT with our Nepalese community, SHARE our experiences and GROW bonds with our kids and each other.

Though our program is mostly focused on Mums, all the mums and dads and aama buwa and mums to be are most welcome to join the sessions and engage with our community.
